We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager for a client of ours located near the Sandy Springs area.   The company is PE Owned, and they are $3.5 Billion in revenue.

Key Responsibilities include:

· Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning and financial modeling.  Must have Strong Excel skills and be hands on – roll up your sleeves FP&A professional

· Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, business cases, and investment decisions.

· Candidate is in charge of monthly reporting, and other financial communications

· The candidate is needed on financial due diligence side and analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic investments

Requirements:

· Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)

· Prior experience in PE backed FP&A / corporate finance, private equity, investment banking, or transaction advisory,

· Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
