It is remote probably 80-90% of the time. The only time this Senior Accountant has to be in the office is when the CFO and/or CEO are in Raleigh, NC. They are not based in Raleigh, NC.

Senior Staff Accountant needed for a Retail Client. 

Job is located in Raleigh, NC. 

Reporting to a solid CFO who is direct and no nonsense.

Job is targeting pay at 100k total package. Probably $90k base plus bonus potential.

I will send people in up to $110k base plus bonus potential.

CPA is highly preferred.

Hybrid arrangement is the work model – 80-90% remote for now. Flexibility offered in job as well.

Additional information:

$50 Million company and growing.

Senior Accountant title is approved. 

Remote except when CEO or CFO come into town

If this person does a good job and proves himself or herself- equity is in the picture – time frame is a year or more

They are growing from 12 to 33 stores

I think the numbers are correct but point is – high growth company

Will be doing grunt work and will need to be hands on.

Down the road – they will help CFO with M&A
