We do not have a job description. I do not know when we are getting one. I do not know the details of the interview process or the timeline.

$2.5 Billion Company that is PE owned seeks a Five Star Chief Commercial Officer.

My understanding is:

They want someone that has extensive experience with either direct Supply Chain experience or interacting with the Supply Chain group preferably in the Aviation/Airlines industry, but they will look at similar industries: Logistics, Transportation, other types of Services industries, etc.

They want someone who has experience with negotiating contracts with Customers and has a Sales like mentality that is also customer service oriented.

This role will have the Pricing Group reporting to him or her.

So, pricing experience/exposure is required as well.

Must be well rounded and able to interact with different departments.

He/she will need to be hands on, a team player that is willing to pitch in whenever and wherever is needed.
