Our client who is located in the Atlanta Metropolitan  area is looking for a Director of Finance who will report to the VP of Finance.  Client is $600 million in revenue.

Responsibilities

Budget planning and management of process – process just completed for 2020

Maintain and update weekly forecast model – primarily focused around sales and labor

Build out weekly KPI’s especially around labor/hours management/turnover

Weekly internal KPI reporting – labor focused

Monthly financial analysis, site level analytics

Communication/cooperative effort and relationship building with operations management

Provide financial analysis support to drive accountability for financial performance down through the operations management

Preparation of monthly and quarterly business reviews and presentation of financial results to senior management

Support business development with pricing models for services

Good presentation skills, command of information presented

Strong analytical skills

Attention to detail/ very hands on

Adaptable, preferable experience in large scale organization

Ability to build in process to the role

Paying up to $135k base plus bonus potential.
